Here's a look at some of my projects, from personal builds to enterprise work to public sector workshops.

Built an AI-powered pipeline that handles the busywork of researching topics, writing scripts, organizing files so the focus stays on teaching. This is what the now and future of Learning Operations looks like.

Took a working Crystal Reports training program and made it better, then found the gap nobody had filled yet. Three courses built to take customers from their first database connection to confidently customizing complex enterprise reports.

Customers were asking for dashboards. I built the training to get them there: raw database connection, data cleaning, DAX formulas, and dashboard design. Available for both ERP platforms we support.

Turned one of the most confusing topics for beginners in tech, how AI thinks, into a 50-minute workshop where students become the AI. No coding or math. Just an experience that makes it click.

A county public works agency was standardizing on Power BI with no consistent path to get there. I designed a two-day, hands-on course that takes a technical audience from raw service-request data to a finished six-page management dashboard, built live in one file across both days.

Designed a live one-hour virtual session for YouthPDX where a group of students vote their way from a topic to a finished, original song, built live with AI writing tools and Suno.

Designed and presented an AI literacy workshop at the Teaching With Purpose Conference in Portland, two full 90-minute sessions for educators, families, and community leaders on cutting through AI hype and prompting with purpose.

Built a scaffolded, multi-path training program spanning Power BI and Crystal Reports for 200+ enterprise accounts, using Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels to measure whether the training actually changed behavior on the job.
